Associate Certified Coach
Erika spent most of her 20-year career working for large enterprises, marketing consumer brands, leading teams, globetrotting and wrapped up in a corporate, fast-paced lifestyle. She found her way to coaching after becoming a mom of three children in the span of four years when she struggled to navigate her own personal and professional transitions. Erika is passionate about supporting working parents and leaders who live full, busy lives and are driven by their work and their love of family. She holds a B.S. from the University of Southern California and is a formally trained coach, having received her CPCC credential through the Co-Active Institute. Erika lives in L.A. with her husband, Ted, and their three young children.
What advice would you give your new parent self?

Even in the most chaotic, intense, and demanding of times, there are things you can say yes to and things you can say no to. Honor your inner voice and remain curious about what it wants for you, your kids, and your work.
