Erika spent most of her 20-year career working for large enterprises, marketing consumer brands, leading teams, globetrotting and wrapped up in a corporate, fast-paced lifestyle. She holds a B.S. from the University of Southern California and is a formally trained coach, having received her CPCC credential through the Co-Active Institute. Erika lives in L.A. with her husband, Ted, and their three young children.
